Fresh off her first headline show called the ‘Tamy Experience’, the 21-year-old Kwandinobva star seems to still be taking in the success of the show. It’s understandable considering how expensive basic commodities have become in Zimbabwe. So, when you still manage to fill up venues, that is truly inspiring. It is quite refreshing to see how she managed to come together with two other powerful female musicians, in order to show Zimbabweans that, women are just as capable as men.

“I think that It’s important that we create our own table instead of constantly begging for a seat at the table.” – Tamy Moyo
“I believe that an artist should never be confined to one thing because once they do that they limit who they are and what they are capable of.” – Tamy Moyo
What’s in store for Tamy? Well her album is well on its way and we expect that it will be loaded with hit after hit. In the long term, she wants to grow her influence on the continent and eventually internationally. She aspires to be nominated for a BET award. Well, it’s not a crazy dream to have, considering that she is the first Zimbabwean artist to be featured on the Ubunifu Youtube channel. With an impressive eight out of ten score, she is set to expand her audience and the continent will soon be within reach!
